Material:
Glass woven matting impregnated with Isopthalic polyester resin and incorporating an aluminium oxide abrasive grit in the final layer of the laminate. ExtremeCore® anti-slip top grit surface.
Stair treads, landing covers and flat decking sheets: 4mm thick
Safety edgings: 3mm thick
Grating: 25mm, 38mm or 50mm thick
Fire Resistance: (Grating only
Class 1 flame spread rating of 25 or less. Tested in accordance with ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test. Phenolic resin option available where a higher fire resistance and low smoke generation is required.
Chemical resistance:
Made from ISO resin as standard. Available in a choice of chemical resistant resins and suitable for use in the harshest of environments
Colours:
All RAL and BS colours available for flat decking sheets and grating, subject to minimum order quantities

Stair treads: Black with yellow nosing, black with white nosing, all stone
Landing covers: Black with yellow nosing, black with white nosing, all stone
Flat sheets: Black, yellow, and stone
Panel sizes:
Stair treads: 3020mm x 345mm (Can be cut to size)
Landing covers: 2440mm x 1200mm +55mm nosing (Can be cut to size)
Flat sheets: 2440mm x 1200mm (Can be cut to size)
Panel weights:
Stair treads: 11.3 kg
Landing covers: 22.0 kg
Flat sheets: 20.0 kg
Tolerances (including cut): ±3 – 4 mm
Service temperatures: – 20°C to +80°C
Load capabilities: Credited with no load bearing strength (requires adequate substrate)
Design life: 10+ years (subject to traffic analysis)
General use: Standard pedestrian traffic
Other information: Stair treads are made via pultrusion method. Landing covers and flat sheets are made by hand layout method.

Measured using the Pendulum test method (WF rubber slider).
