Brake Roller Regritting

We can regrit all sizes and types of European Class 4, 5 and 7 brake rollers.  We deal with both Original Equipment Manufacturers, Garage Equipment Specialists and end users alike.   We also offer service exchange rollers for both Kismets and Tecalemits.

We have many years of experience in regritting HGV brake tester rollers to Original Equipment Manufacturer standards.

All rollers are processed using temperature-cured ovens resulting in a robust abrasive lining which will withstand the rigours of the transport industry.

An on-site re-coating service is available for customers where downtime will be a problem. The brake roller regritting  takes a maximum of a day and the brake tester is ready to use the next morning.

Warranties of 6 or 12 months, dependent on roller type, are offered.
