Delivering to Ireland – and still going strong

2004 witnessed the start of our regular collection and delivery services to Ireland,  and 17 years on, we have well-established transport links with the leading players in the country’s vegetable processing community.

Significant developments in recent years include:-

• Appointed by a leading national crisp manufacturer to undertake all the abrasive re-lining work on their peeling machines for their Northern Ireland-based production facility and for other companies within their Group.
• Engineering development work on peeler rollers in collaboration with several leading vegetable processors to produce a more cost-effective method of peeling.
• An increase in the Irish collection and delivery service due to growth in the customer base and increasing demand.

Commenting on the expansion into Ireland, Edward Porcher, Managing Director, said: “Over the past fifteen years, we have forged close working relationships with many of the Irish vegetable preparation companies who appreciate the benefits of specialist, oven-cured abrasive coatings. Our market share in Ireland has increased considerably in recent years, due to our positive approach to customer relations.”
